The IANTD Hypoxic Trimix Diver Course is designed for experienced technical divers who wish to advance their capabilities and gain the confidence to safely conduct dives within the trimix depth range. Throughout the training, divers will take part in detailed dive planning workshops that emphasize bailout management, gas selection, and runtime organization. These sessions aim to strengthen each diver’s decision-making and situational awareness, ensuring that every descent is both calculated and controlled. In addition to theoretical study, students will participate in confined water sessions to refine essential skills before progressing to open water dives. The use of gas-switching computers is encouraged for efficiency, while IANTD dive tables remain a required backup to reinforce solid dive planning habits. Upon successful completion, divers will be qualified to perform Trimix dives to a maximum depth of 100 meters (333 feet), demonstrating a high level of competence, self-sufficiency, and safety awareness.
